Chase is adding extra fuel to your next getaway. Eligible cardholders with Sapphire, Freedom, Ink and JP Morgan Reserve cards get a limited-time boost until December 31, 2025: Spend $600 or more on Chase Travel℠ in a single transaction and receive a $100 statement credit after activation.

Whether you’re booking holiday flights, locking in a hotel stay or finalizing a long-overdue trip, this offer can stretch your travel budget further—and it’s on top of the rewards and protections these cards already offer.

A Simple, Straightforward Travel Credit

Taking advantage of the promotion is simple.

First, activate the offer within your Chase Offers. Then, prior to December 31, 2025, spend at least $600 on a booking within the Chase Travel portal in a single transaction, and you’ll receive a $100 statement credit. That’s it. No category tracking, incremental spending or points transfers required.

This one-time credit also stacks with your card’s usual rewards earnings. If you use a Sapphire, Freedom, Ink or JP Morgan Reserve card, you’ll still earn bonus points on the amount you’re paying for in the travel portal.

Pack Small, Earn Big: Chase Cards That Make Travel Pay Off

Sapphire Lineup

Chase Sapphire cards—the Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card and Chase Sapphire Reserve®—have long been go-tos for frequent travelers due to their built-in travel protections, lack of foreign transaction fees and ability to transfer rewards to hotel and airline partners for low-cost travel.

  • Travel rewards. The Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card earns 5X points on travel purchased through Chase Travel and 2X points on other travel purchases, while the Chase Sapphire Reserve® earns 8X points through Chase Travel and 4X on flights and hotels booked directly. Points are generally worth 1 cent each when redeemed for cash back. But when you redeem through Chase Travel, you can take advantage of Points Boost offers. Sapphire Reserve cardholders can see their go up to 2X in value when redeemed for hotels and flights, while Sapphire Preferred cardholders can receive up to 1.5X to 1.75X more value.
  • Travel credits. The Chase Sapphire Reserve® also comes with a $300 annual travel credit that automatically applies to various travel purchases. Combine that with the new $100 limited-time credit, and you’re already $400 ahead—before dipping into your points balance.
  • Travel protections. Both cards also pack strong built-in travel protections, including trip cancellation and interruption coverage, primary rental car insurance, trip delay reimbursement, lost luggage protection and even emergency evacuation benefits. All you need to do is pay for your trip with the card, with no extra steps or enrollments required.

Freedom Lineup

If you’re not a frequent flyer but still want to stretch your travel budget, Chase’s Freedom cards may be the fit for you.

  • Everyday rewards. The Chase Freedom Unlimited® offers 5% cash back on travel purchased through Chase Travel℠, 3% cash back on eligible dining and drugstores and 1.5% on all other purchases. The Chase Freedom Flex® earns 5% cash back on up to $1,500 in combined purchases in categories that rotate quarterly (requires activation), 5% cash back on travel purchased through Chase Travel℠, 3% cash back on dining and drugstores and 1% cash back on all other purchases. Both cards charge no annual fee and offer welcome bonuses: $200 cash back after spending $500 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening for the Freedom Unlimited, and $200 bonus after spending $500 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening for the Freedom Flex.
  • Built-in travel coverage. Freedom cards offer essential protections like trip cancellation and interruption insurance and second rental car coverage. While their protections aren’t as robust as the Sapphire cards, they are still beneficial to have when booking the occasional trip.

Ink Lineup

For business owners, Chase Ink Business cards, like the Ink Business Preferred® Credit Card and Ink Business Unlimited® Credit Card, turn work trips into reward opportunities.

  • Travel rewards: The Ink Business Preferred® Credit Card earns 3 points per dollar on the first $150,000 spent on travel and select business categories each account anniversary year and 1 point per dollar on all other purchases, while Ink Business Unlimited® Credit Card earns 1.5% cash back rewards on every business purchase. The Ink Business Unlimited® Credit Card offers new users $900 bonus cash back after spending $6,000 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening, while the Ink Business Preferred® Credit Card provides 90,000 bonus points after spending $8,000 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening.
  • Insurance built for businesses. Coverage includes trip cancellation and interruption insurance, lost luggage reimbursement, a primary rental car collision damage waiver and more, which are essential protections for companies booking flights, hotels or conferences.

That $100 statement credit can help offset costs for the business trip you were already planning, whether it’s a trade show in Vegas or a client meeting across the country.

JP Morgan Reserve Card*

For those at the ultra-premium end of the spectrum, the invite-only JP Morgan Reserve Card* combines luxury benefits with high earning potential.

Cardholders earn 3X points on travel, receive the same $300 annual travel credit as Chase Sapphire Reserve® users and can access a suite of concierge-level travel protections—from evacuation services to trip interruption coverage.

Bottom Line

Chase’s new promotion is a simple way to save money on your next trip, but it becomes even more powerful when combined with the travel perks your card already provides.

In a world where travel costs rise, stacking statement credits, bonus points and built-in insurance is how savvy travelers turn everyday bookings into real savings.
