Located near the East Gate, the Chase Lounge is a relaxing, air-conditioned retreat where cardholders can grab complimentary snacks and drinks, watch live match coverage and take a break between sets.

Reservations open daily at 9 a.m. EST for the following day, and each cardholder can bring up to three guests. Cardholders must ensure everyone within their party has valid U.S. Open tickets for the same session as their reservation time.

During Fan Week (August 18 to 23), the lounge is open on a first-come, first-served basis from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Thursday—so even early visitors can get a taste of the VIP experience.

Once the Main Draw begins (August 24 to September 7), lounge access requires a reservation, which opens at 9 a.m. the day before each session. Space is minimal, so planning is key. Hours during the Main Draw are as follows:

  • Sessions 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21: 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Sessions 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18: 6 to 8:30 p.m.

Elevated Views on the Chase Terrace

For those who want premium seating, the Chase Terrace offers shaded, comfortable views of the matches. Cardholders can also find complimentary snacks and drinks, making it easy to relax while watching the tournament in style.

Reservations are highly recommended—especially during peak sessions or finals weekend—as space fills up quickly.
