If your Peloton is part of your daily routine, the Chase Sapphire Reserve®’s new perks could save you big on your membership. Here’s what cardholders need to know.
Details on the Chase Sapphire Reserve®’s Peloton Credits
The Chase Sapphire Reserve® summer revamp now provides up to $120 per year for eligible Peloton memberships, in monthly $10 instalments.
The credit applies to Peloton All-Access Memberships, which give you full access to the Peloton app and its wide range of on-demand and live classes (including cycling, running, strength, yoga and more), as well as App One, App+, or Strength+ memberships. The All-Access Membership costs $44 per month without the discount.
The Reserve also offers 10x points on Peloton equipment, up to $5,000 in total purchases on equipment and accessory purchases over $150, through December 31, 2027. Purchases must be made with your Chase Sapphire Reserve® directly through Peloton.
How To Claim
One-time activation is required on the Chase website or app. Statement credits will be automatically applied to your account for a year through December 31, 2027. Purchases made outside the U.S. are not eligible and memberships must be made directly through Peloton.
Is the Chase Sapphire Reserve® Worth the Annual Fee?
The Chase Sapphire Reserve® has a high annual fee of $795, up from its previous rate of $550. The bump in cost called for an overall restructuring of the card’s perks and rewards system, which grants cardholders a slew of credits toward entertainment and fitness services on top of its usual offerings, like a $300 annual travel credit and access to airport lounges.
The card, while appealing to some, may not be for others. For the right user, it can provide significant value; but those who don’t travel often or use the services included in its credit offerings might not find the annual fee worth the cost.
