Instead of choosing the Western Alliance Bank High Yield Savings Premier Account, you’d be better off opening the bank’s high-yield savings account option, which earns a highly competitive 4.25% APY. The only drawback is that it requires a higher minimum deposit of $500, but it does not charge any monthly fees.
You won’t find this account readily advertised on the Western Alliance website. To see the account online, you’ll have to search for it manually.
